要不然去sephora/cosmetics counter 问一问

lip plump's primary usage is to achieve the look of fuller lips
secondary or by-product is to hydrate/protect lips
otherwise these products can just be called lip serum, or lip balm
the "plump" is there for a reason, to plump up
